The pizzeria
Italian 00 flour, a long slow rise, and every base shaped by hand. A few minutes in a very hot oven and the edge comes out light and airy, the way it should be.

Our terrace sits in the old Train Factory yard, sheltered from the street and open to the evening sun. Order at the counter, take a table, and let the evening take its time.
